Our five comfortable rooms / suites combine calm colours, luxurious beds and modern bathrooms. With the Greensand Way on your doorstep, you are perfectly situated for exploring the countryside on foot using the local network of footpaths and bridleways. Alternatively, you could pass the time in the newly landscaped grounds where there will be tables and chairs set out for you to enjoy a quiet moment.
Rates
This price is per suite, per night for single or double occupancy and includes an in-suite continental breakfast.

The Small Print
Our formal terms and conditions are available here, so please take a few minutes to look at them if you want to check any details about booking and staying at Elvey Farm Kent. We know that there is a lot of details to bring to your notice, but are sure that you will understand that any small business needs to cover all eventualities.
A £50.00 deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance payment is due 14 days prior to arrival. This will be requested by email and payable via an online link. A refund would be offered on cancellation under the following terms. If you need to cancel your booking, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can attempt to re-let the room.
Our cancellation policy:
Cancel 14 days before your stay and you will receive a full refund. Cancellations made up 7 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund. We reserve the right to charge the full amount due in the event of late cancellation within 7 days (before noon) of the day of your arrival where we are unable to re-let the room(s).

The suites
All five rooms / suites are named after local Kentish towns and have a living room, large bedroom and en-suite with walk-in shower. The king-size beds are made up with hypo-allergenic duvets and pillows and 100% crisp cotton sheets. There is a comfortable seating area to relax in, plenty of hanging space, a vanity unit with storage and a 43-inch flat-screen smart tv in every bedroom. Guests are able to help themselves to a premium tea and coffee selection complete with full-size fridge and a few local treats.
Every stay includes a continental in-suite breakfast, which will be in your suite prior to arrival. Our suites are supplied with essentials such as a hairdryer, hand torch, glass tumblers, bottle opener, shoehorn, wifi and USB sockets. Pamper yourself in your en-suite bathroom with our gentle on the skin toiletries and super soft bath sheets. Bath robes, an iron and ironing board are available on request. There is a 7.2 Kw electric car charging point available for guests (subject to an hourly charge rate, which will depend on the electric supply costs at the time of use).

This suite (310 sq ft floor area) has double aspect views to north and south.

This suite (340 sq ft floor area) has double aspect views to north and south and a vaulted ceiling to the bedroom.
